The reception is hideous. The staff is not friendly and helpful at all, and can barely understand English.I asked a simple question about where I can print my flight ticket. He just kept repeating the same sentences, which make no sense to me at all. I used the Google translate to show him what I mean. Although he finally got it and replied, I could barely follow him. I asked him to show me on the Google map. He was reluctant to do so. And I asked the spelling of the store and typed in the map, only to find nothing...The facilities were not as new or clean as it looks on the pictures. What annoyed me the most is the rattling sound of the wooden bed frame, when I turned over in bed. The sound-proof is very poor. I could hear the tv playing and people arguing on the streets or in the neighboring rooms. The mirror light does not work. The bin is half broken. The good part of this guesthouse may just be its low price and short distance to metros and other sites. But I will not choose this guesthouse again.

Trato genial.No hay concina ni sala comunitaria.Limpieza genial diaria, a tres minutos del centro y con buenas vistas.Supermercados a 5-10 minutos andando.Cerca de parada de metro de Bolhao.
